SBCM shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Voting Agreements.

Examples of SBCM in a sentence

  • SoftBank means Softbank Group Corp.

  • SASAC means the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the PRC or its competent local counterparts.

  • UBS shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • BCI means the Bureau of Criminal Identification, and is the designated state agency of the Division of Criminal Investigation and Technical Services Division, within the Department of Public Safety, responsible to maintain criminal records in the State of Utah.

  • IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

  • CCA means the Connecting Care Act, 2019, and the regulations under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Jefferies means Jefferies Finance LLC.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • BOC means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, an unincorporated association comprised of the Major League Clubs who are party to the Major League Constitution, and any successor organization thereto.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • BlackRock means persons controlling, controlled by or under common control with BlackRock, Inc. that act as investment adviser and subadviser to the Funds.

  • Placement Agent means X.X. Xxxxxxxxxx & Co., LLC.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • Beacon means a highway traffic signal with one or more signal sections that operate in a flashing mode. (ORC 4511.01(KKK))

  • Placement Agents shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • BDC means a business development company under the Act.6

  • MHRD means “Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.”
