SBC contract definition

SBC contract means a contract that is either a "small business contract" or a "consumer contract" as defined in section 23(3) of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth), but does not include:

A reference to the Company's fees includes any taxes, including goods and services tax, payable in respect of the Services.
