SBBC definition

SBBC shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
SBBC means Solana Beach Baking Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chart House.
SBBC means The School Board of Brevard County, Florida. The term “Vendor” means the person, firm, or corporation from which the commodities or services have been ordered. The term “PO” means this Purchase Order.

Examples of SBBC in a sentence

  • All obligations of SBBC under the terms of this Agreement are reasonably susceptible of being performed in Broward County, Florida and shall be payable and performable in Broward County, Florida.

  • There shall be no partial assignments of this Agreement including, without limitation, the partial assignment of any right to receive payments from SBBC.

  • Any party receiving funds paid by SBBC under this Agreement agrees to promptly notify SBBC of any funds erroneously received from SBBC upon the discovery of such erroneous payment or overpayment.

  • SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • SBBC shall notify the other party at the earliest possible time before such termination.

  • If SBBC does not allocate funds for the payment of services or products to be provided under this Agreement, this Agreement may be terminated by SBBC at the end of the period for which funds have been allocated.

  • All representations and warranties made herein, indemnification obligations, obligations to reimburse SBBC, obligations to maintain and allow inspection and audit of records and property, obligations to maintain the confidentiality of records, reporting requirements, and obligations to return public funds shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

  • No penalty shall accrue to SBBC in the event this provision is exercised, and SBBC shall not be obligated or liable for any future payments due or any damages as a result of termination under this section.

  • The performance and obligations of SBBC under this Agreement shall be contingent upon an annual budgetary appropriation by its governing body.

  • PBI means Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc. “Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇” means PBI and its subsidiaries. “We”, “our” or “us” refers to the Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ companies with whom you’ve entered into the Order. “You” or “your” refers to the entity identified on the Order. “Meter” means any postage meter supplied by PBI under the Order, including (i) in the case of a Connect+®, a SendPro® P series or a SendPro C series mailing system, the postal security device that accounts for and enables postage to be purchased and printed (“PSD”), and (ii) in the case of all other mailing systems, the PSD, the user interface or keyboard and display and the print engine. “Meter Services” means access to the PSD to download, account for, and enable printing of postage within a PBI Postage Evidencing System as defined in Title 39, Part 501 of the Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”); USPS mandated processes associated with the PSD, including registration, usage reporting and withdrawal; repair or replacement of the PSD as described in Section 26; and the Soft- Guard Program outlined in Section 28. “Equipment” means the equipment listed on the Order, excluding any Meter or standalone software. “Lease” means Lease terms and conditions set out in Sections 10 through 17. The provisions included in these Terms consist of: (i) General Terms; (ii) Lease Terms; (iii) a Service Level Agreement; (iv) Equipment Rental and Meter Services Terms; (v) an Acknowledgement of Deposit required by the United States Postal Service in any transaction involving a Meter; (vi) Purchase Power® Terms for a limited purpose credit line that may be available to you; and (vii) provisions relating to specific products.

  • Apple means Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, U.S.A.

  • Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
