SBAC definition

SBAC means South Bay Acceptance Corporation, a California corporation.
SBAC shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph hereof.
SBAC means the Special Bids and Awards Committee for Public-Private Partnership Projects of the DPWH constituted under its Special Order No. 68, dated 28 March 2011, as amended, pursuant to the BOT Law.

  • The District and Association will jointly establish a NFP-specific calendar that may not include all components of the District-wide calendar (e.g. grading days, conference days, class start and end dates, etc.) Built into the calendar will include time for testing which may include the following: WA Kids (K), RAN (K-2), HiCap, SBAC.

  • Days off pursuant to this paragraph shall not be granted if the day off would impact the operations of the school, SBAC testing, or final examination days.
