Buyer and Seller each represent to the other that no broker’s or real estate commissions or other finder’s fees are or shall be due in respect to this transaction by reason of any agreement made or which may be alleged to have been made by Buyer or Seller, except for a commission payable to Savills LLC (“Broker”), pursuant to a separate agreement between Broker and Seller.
