  • This Agreement and all schedules attached hereto are the entire agreement between SAVERS and OXFORD with respect to the Policies reinsured hereunder; it supersedes any prior oral or written agreements with respect to the Policies reinsured hereunder, and there are no understandings between SAVERS and OXFORD with respect to the Policies reinsured hereunder other than as expressed in this Agreement.
