TENANT recognizes that the common area facilities which may include such items as a Fitness Center, Sauna, Volleyball Court, BBQ Area, Swimming Pool, Parking Garage, Commercial Spaces, Television Room, Hot Tubs, Theater Room, Game Room, Study Lounge, Business Center or other similar facilities (hereinafter said Common Area Facilities are collectively referred to as “FACILITIES”) have been made available by LANDLORD to TENANT.
Garbage Disposal, Pot fillers, Whirlpool, Sauna, steam unit, Jacuzzi, hot tub, or any similar motorized bathtubs or steam shower are not permitted.
After leaving Sauna it is customary to cool yourself down by pouring a bucket of cold water on your body.
In the event of any damage or loss, or return of the sauna and/or equipment in an excessively unclean state, Nomadic Sauna will apply the Damage Deposit towards the cost of repairs, replacement and/or cleaning fees, and return the balance of the Damage Deposit, if any.
Nomadic Sauna and the Renter will examine all equipment at the time of drop-off and note any existing deficiencies or damage.
Nomadic Sauna will ensure that the sauna is cleaned before and after the rental period with Vancouver Island Health Authority approved cleaning supplies.
The Renter will return the key to Nomadic Sauna at the end of the rental period.
I agree to release and hold harmless C ivic Health C enter, LLC ; DBA, King Spa and Sauna, aka “Spa”, it’s employees, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action known or unknown which may arise.
The Renter is responsible for any and all loss or damage to the sauna or equipment provided by Nomadic Sauna while at the rental location and throughout the rental period.
Nomadic Sauna will provide the Renter with a key to lock the sauna when not in use to prevent unauthorized guests from using the sauna.
