Satellite Yard definition
Satellite Yard means a place or facility physically separated from but associated with or dependent on another place or facility School Term means a school term for all schools and colleges in Tasmania as determined by the Department of Education. Serious Misconduct has the same meaning as per the Fair Work Act.
