The Satellite Network Operator (SNO) or Mobile Network Operator (MNO) owns and is responsible for maintaining, managing, deploying and operating the (satellite) network.
The Customer consents and shall procure its End- Users' consent to the Satellite Network Operator monitoring network connection and network performance, and to the Satellite Network Operator accessing and adjusting Terminal settings as they relate to the Airtime.

ASTC pays the Satellite Network Operator in United States Dollars (USD) and accordingly, if the Subscriber pays in a currency that is not USD, the Subscriber accepts that the exchange rate applicable at the time of invoicing and in accordance with ASTC’s Exchange Rate Policy, will be applied in order to account for the fluctuations in exchange rate from the date of billing to date of payment.
