Satellite Contract definition

Satellite Contract means the satellite construction contract for the construction of EchoStar IV.

Satellite Contract means the contract entered into between Purchaser and Contractor dated November 30th, 2006 for the delivery of the Satellites and associated hardware and services (Contract number GINC-C-06-0300).

Satellite Contract the collective reference to the Loral Agreement and any other agreement with respect to the construction and delivery of a Fourth Satellite.

More Definitions of Satellite Contract

Satellite Contract means the satellite construction contract relating to the Satellite.

Satellite Contract means Contract No. ICOO/95-1002/NR executed between Hughxx xxx I-COGC for the procurement of twelve (12) Hughxx xxxufactured Satellites for I-COGC.
