  • Each Invitee must keep his or her Ticket safe and in good condition, as SATC is not obliged to replace any Ticket under any circumstances, including but not limited to loss or theft – however SATC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, replace a Ticket which has been lost or stolen (and may charge a fee for that replacement).

  • Further, in rare ins ances, it is possible for the records of a person who is not deceased to be included erroneously in the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF).
