  • For the purpose of this Agreement, the following shall be considered Statutory Holidays: New Year's Day Saskatchewan Day Good Friday Labour Day Easter Sunday Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Family Day and all other federally, provincially, and civically proclaimed holidays, provided, however, that a civically declared holiday in lieu of the above-named Statutory Holiday shall not be considered a holiday.

  • A) Designated holidays with pay shall be New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saskatchewan Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and one (1) additional day per year as agreed to by the parties.

  • The following days shall be observed as statutory holidays without deductions of pay in Saskatchewan: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saskatchewan Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and any federal or provincial proclaimed holiday.

  • The Statutory Holidays referred to are: New Year’s Day Canada Day Remembrance Day Family Day Saskatchewan Day Christmas Day Good Friday Labour Day Boxing Day Victoria Day Thanksgiving Day Heritage Day to become a Statutory Holiday when proclaimed a public holiday by the Government of Saskatchewan.

  • New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Saskatchewan Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any other day proclaimed as a holiday by the Federal or Provincial Government.

  • The following days shall be considered holidays for which there shall be no deduction in pay: New Year's Day Family Day Good Friday Victoria Day Canada Day Saskatchewan Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Day Boxing Day And any other days proclaimed as holidays by Federal, Provincial or Civic authorities.
