CONSULTANT shall be held responsible by REGIONAL SAN and SASD for the performance of any subconsultant whether approved by REGIONAL SAN and SASD or not.
No interpretation of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding upon REGIONAL SAN and SASD unless agreed in writing by the District Engineer and counsel for REGIONAL SAN and SASD.
