SARS Authorised Representative means the SARS employee designated / appointed in terms of this Agreement, or his/her appointed delegate, as the person who will interface with the Service Provider on all matters relating to the general administration of this Agreement, who will manage the overall performance of the Service Provider over the contract term and to whom all communications regarding this Agreement must be addressed;

  • The Service Provider shall ensure that its Key Personnel and other personnel involved with the rendering of the Services to SARS individually sign the SARS Oath / Affirmation of Secrecy before commencing with execution of this Agreement, and submit the original thereof to the SARS Authorised Representative.
