SARP Compensation definition
SARP Compensation means the compensation of a SARP participant, as defined and provided under the SARP for purposes of determining such SARP participant's deferral contribution and employer contributions with respect to the SARP, calculated without regard to the maximum compensation limit under Section 401(a)(17) of the Code, or such other amount as specified by the Committee.
