SARON reference rate definition

SARON reference rate means, in respect of any Zurich Banking Day ("ZBDx") a reference rate equal to the Swiss average overnight rate for such ZBDx as provided by the administrator of SARON to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or, if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise published by such authorised distributors) on the Zurich Banking Day immediately following such ZBDx;
SARON reference rate means, in respect of any Zurich Banking Day ("ZBDx") a reference rate equal to the Swiss average overnight rate for such ZBDx as provided by the administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight ("SARON") to authorised distributors and as then published on the SIX Group's Website (as defined in Condition 5(f)) (or, if applicable, such other Relevant Screen Page specified in the applicable Final Terms or, as the case may be, applicable Pricing Supplement) (or, if the SIX Group's Website or such other specified Relevant Screen Page (as applicable) is unavailable, as otherwise published by such authorised distributors) on the Zurich Banking Day immediately following such ZBDx;

SARON reference rate means, in respect of any Zurich Business Day, a reference rate equal to the rate of the daily Swiss Average Rate Overnight ("SARON") for such Zurich Business Day as provided by the SIX Swiss Exchange, as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate) (the "SARON Administrator"), on the website of the SARON Administrator currently at https://www.six-group.com (or on any successor website officially designated by the SARON Administrator) (the "SARON Administrator Website") at the time as specified in the Final Terms (or such other time specified by, or determined in accordance with, the applicable methodologies, policies or guidelines); and
SARON reference rate means, in respect of any Zurich Business Day, a refer- ence rate equal to the rate of the daily Swiss Average Rate Overnight ("SARON") for such Zurich Business Day published by SIX Swiss Exchange as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate) (the "SARON Administra- tor") on the website of the SARON Administrator (the "SARON Administrator Website", currently at https://www.six-group.com) at the close of trading on SIX Swiss Exchange on such Zurich Business Day, which is expected to be on or around 6:00 p.m. (Zurich time); and
SARON reference rate means, in respect of any Zurich Business Day, a reference rate equal to daily compound interest investment with the overnight interest rate of the secured funding market for Swiss franc as reference rate (“SARON”) for such Zurich Business Day as provided by the administrator SIX Swiss Exchange on the website of the SIX Swiss Exchange initially at https://www.six-group.com, or any successor website officially designated by the SIX Swiss Ex- change (on the Zurich Business Day immediately following such Zurich Business Day);

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • SOFR Reference Rate means, in respect of any U.S. Government Securities Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily secured overnight financing rate (“SOFR”) for such U.S. Government Securities Business Day as provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as the administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York currently at http://www.newyorkfed.org, or any successor website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or successor administrator (on or about 8:00 a.m., New York City time, on the U.S. Government Securities Business Day immediately following such U.S. Government Securities Business Day).
