  • SARPA shall give serious consideration to the motivation of ▇▇▇▇▇, and if it disagrees, provide SAREO with written reasons for so disagreeing.

  • Should the Parties not be able to agree on whether the appointment/tenure of the financial advisor ought to be terminated, within 14 (fourteen) days of SAREO having been informed of SARPA’s decision not to terminate it, a dispute will be deemed to have arisen and either party shall be entitled immediately to submit such dispute for arbitration in terms of clause 61 of the Agreement.
