SAPSA definition
SAPSA means that certain Second Amended and Restated Sale and Plan Support Agreement, dated July 16, 2019, by and among the Debtors and the Consenting Noteholders, as amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.
SAPSA means that certain Amended and Restated Sale and Plan Support Agreement, dated as of May 9, 2019, among the Specified Borrowers, the other Borrowers party thereto, the 2021 Noteholders party thereto and the 2024 Noteholders party thereto, as in effect on the Effective Date and as may be amended or modified in accordance with this Agreement.
