SAPET definition
SAPET has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
SAPET means the South African Private Equity Trust III, Master's Reference Number IT9960/1998, a trust established in the RSA, represented herein by its trustee, Brait Capital Partners Trustees (Proprietary) Limited;
