SAP Services definition

SAP Services means the various services to be provided by an SAP Entity to or on behalf of the Qualtrics Entities as described on Schedule I and any Additional Services provided by an SAP Entity pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of SAP Services in a sentence

  • In the case where SAP is performing SAP Services on the Customer’s premises and SAP is given access to Customer’s systems and data, SAP shall comply with Customer’s reasonable administrative, technical, and physical conditions to protect such data and guard against unauthorized access.

  • Customer shall not grant SAP access to Licensee systems or personal information (of Customer or any third party) unless such access is essential for the performance of SAP Services.

  • Prime Contractor agrees that it will not, and will ensure that Customer agrees that it will also not, submit the SAP Services, Work Product, Deliverables, other SAP Materials or SAP Confidential Information to any government agency for licensing consideration or other regulatory approval without the prior written consent of SAP, and will not export the Confidential Information to countries, persons or entities prohibited by such laws.

Related to SAP Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
