SAP Project definition

SAP Project means the replacement of the majority of Holdings’, Borrowers’ and their respective Subsidiaries’ internal enterprise resource planning information systems including but not limited to contract management, purchasing, cash management, accounts payable, general ledger and other financial and non-financial systems to be implemented over the course of the first three years after the Closing Date.

  • The SAP Project Manager will, with the Licensee Project Manager, plan the Project, select resources and quality check the activities and progress.

  • Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 4-3.2 of the City Code, Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, and City Commission approval shall not be required for bars (including taverns, pubs, and lounges), nightclubs, and supper clubs as principal uses proposed to be located within the Miami River SAP Project.

  • If the Client withholds payment of invoices issued by SAP on the grounds of shortcomings linked to the Subcontractor's performance of the Services and such shortcomings are confirmed by the SAP Project Manager, SAP reserves the right to withhold payment of the Subcontractor's corresponding invoices until such time as it has received full payment for the Services from the Client.
