SAP Go-Live. The date upon which the Partnership begins the transition through cutover activities to SAP from its current ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ enterprise resource planning system.

  • In addition to the above payments, if the Company terminates Executive’s employment without Cause anytime between fifteen (15) days prior to SAP Go-Live and the Project End Date, Executive will be entitled to fifty percent (50%) of the SAP Bonus and all of the Additional Benefits, conditioned upon the Parties’ execution of the Severance Agreement.

  • If SAP Go-Live is achieved between September 1, 2017 and January 1, 2018, then Executive shall continue to receive the Base Salary on a semimonthly basis until the earlier of April 1, 2018 and the Project End Date; provided, however, that such Base Salary shall be reduced by Fifty Percent (50%) on and after July 1, 2017.
