SANTS means South Australian Native Title Services Ltd, the body funded pursuant to section 203FE of the Native Title Act to act in the capacity of a Native Title Service Provider for South Australia. secretary means the secretary of the Committee. specialist means an anthropologist or archaeologist appointed pursuant to clause 4.2(b)(ii) for purposes of carrying out any heritage survey.
