  • Santek Waste Services may assign this Agreement to any directly or indirectly affiliated company.

  • Further, Section 10.7 of the Agreement provides, in pertinent part, that Santek shall pay LCSWDC a monthly per ton closure and post-closure security fee for all solid waste disposed of at the Landfill in an amount equal to the greater of $1.00 per ton or five percent (5%) of all tipping fees received by Santek from Landfill customers (the “Security Fees”).
