Santa Ana Pueblo Enterprise definition
Santa Ana Pueblo Enterprise means a Business of which at least 51% is owned by the Pueblo or one or more Tribal Members, and that would be entitled to be exempted from the New Mexico cigarette tax pursuant to NMSA (1978) § 7-12-4(A)(2), as amended, if such Business were licensed hereunder;
