SANF definition

SANF means (a) any and all uses and applications in and/or for (including but not limited to the research, development, manufacture and commercialization of) Plants or Crops of species other than Pioneer Crops and (b) the Shared Agricultural Biologicals Use and Applications Field, except solely to the extent that any such uses and applications are in the Research Tool Field.
