SANA definition

SANA means the South African Nursery Association, being a non-profit, public benefit organisation registered as such in terms of the Income Tax Act and using as its corporate signature a mark consisting of a stylish leaf sable with the letters “SAKV- SANA” thereon (which mark appears on the cover of this Constitution);
SANA a WWTP” means the Sana’a City Waste Water Treatment Plant, located at the northern outskirts of Sana’a City and serving Sana’a City;
SANA a Basin” or “Basin” means the Sana’a Basin in the Borrower’s territory;

  • The above defense and indemnification obligations do not apply to the extent a Claim Against Sana arises from ▇▇▇▇’s delivery of the Services as described herein or Sana’s breach of the Agreement.

  • Sana will be responsible for the performance of its personnel (including employees and subcontractors) and their compliance with the Agreement.

  • SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System. TWA means the average exposure, within a given workplace, to airborne asbestos fibres, normalised to the baseline of a 4 hour continuous period, also applicable to short term exposures, i.e. 10-minute TWA.

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
