Sampling Technician definition

Sampling Technician means a person tasked with collecting a representative sample of a cannabis plant product, cannabis concentrate, or cannabis product from a cannabis production establishment who is:
Sampling Technician means a Vendor representative qualified to perform certain on-site activities as specified in the RFP. Sampling Technician means an individual who has been trained by an accredited training program, as defined by this Section, that is registered by Safe State to conduct lead-based paint inspector or risk assessor training course. A sampling technician may perform visual assessments of painted surfaces and dust sample collection, except that visual assessment or dust sample collection following lead-based paint abatement activities is prohibited. Examples of the activities performed by a sampling technician include clearance sampling following remodeling and renovation activities, and certain other visual assessments and dust samples collection as required by HUD regulations.
