Sampling Date definition

Sampling Date with respect to any interest period - With respect to LIBOR interest or Euribor interest – the business day abroad which falls two (2) business days abroad before the first day of any such interest period; with respect to Telbor interest – the banking business day which falls two (2) business days before the first day of any interest period; and with respect to Bank of Israel interest, prime interest, ▇▇▇▇▇ yield and interest on government bonds at variable interest – the first day of any interest period. The terms and conditions of the Debentures (the conditions appearing on the reverse side) form an integral part of the provisions of the Deed of Trust, and provisions of the Deed of Trust shall be deemed to have been expressly included in these conditions of Debentures. In every case of a conflict between what is stated in the Debenture and what is stated in the Deed of Trust, the provisions of the Deed of Trust shall take precedence and shall prevail.

Sampling Date with regard to any Interest Period of a Base Interest- As will be determined in the Relevant Series' Initial Offering Report in respect of the Base Interest which will be borne by the Debentures which will be offered in an Offering Report as aforesaid, provided that the Sampling Date in respect of any Interest Period shall be at least seven (7) Trading Days before the effective date in respect of such Interest Period.
