Sample Sources definition

Sample Sources means the Supplier Panels and, where applicable, Third Party Panels and/or Client’s Respondents. Screen-Out(s) means those Respondent(s) that are invited to partake in the Survey but who do not meet the qualifying criteria to participate in the Survey.

Sample Sources means the Supplier Panels and, where applicable, Third Party Panels. SampleXpress means the fully automated sampling tool that enables researchers to assess feasibility and launch a project in real time, such services are accessed via ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/. SCC’s means the Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to the GDPR in accordance with the EC Decision EU 2021/914 on 4 June 2021 (as may be amended or replaced by the European Commission from time to time). Screen-Out(s) means those Respondent(s) that are invited to partake in the Survey but who do not meet the qualifying criteria to participate in the Survey.

  • FieldSource will provide CRI access to Greenfield Online's Sample Sources through a dedicated team of FieldSource Client Services staff.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, TNSI agrees to maintain the following guidelines and practices, and to be subject to the following requirements, during the conduct of any survey using the Sample Delivery Service, except for surveys drawing on TNSI Proprietary Panels or those drawing on TNSI Sample Sources.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 15.4.1, if agreed in an applicable Proposal that Supplier shall disclose Personal Data from the Sample Sources to Client or allow the collection of such Personal Data by Client (whether incidentally or intentionally), the Toluna Data Share Terms shall apply with respect to the processing of such Personal Data by Client, or its processors.
