Sample Contract definition

Sample Contract means the sample contract as set out in Attachment C.

  • If the Contractor proposed exceptions or modifications to the Sample Contract attached to the Solicitation or to the Solicitation itself, these proposed exceptions or modifications shall not be incorporated into this Contract unless expressly set forth herein.

  • Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments.
