On the SAMLOC Termination Date, Borrowers shall pay all outstanding principal, accrued and unpaid interest and any other amount owing in connection with the SAMLOC.
If the aggregate amount of the SAMLOC Advances outstanding at any time exceeds the SAMLOC Commitment, then Borrowers shall repay immediately the amount of such excess to Summit for itself.
