Same transactions definition

Same transactions means tasks that a sighted or blind user may accomplish to set up, manage, or terminate a Scribd account. However, the Parties acknowledge and agree that multiple methods may exist to achieve the same result (for example, tabbing with a screen reader, touching a touch screen, moving a cursor with a mouse, typing on a physical versus virtual keyboard).

  • Pawn transaction means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.

  • Online Transaction means any Phone/Electronic Transaction requested through an Electronic Transmission over the Internet.

  • Closing Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 11.8(a)(i) of these Bylaws.
