During the Employment Period and the Non-Interference Period, absent the Company’s express written permission, Executive shall not provide the same or substantially the same services that Executive provides to the Company, in the Same or Similar Business (as defined below) within the Market Area (as defined below).

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that for a period of twenty-four (24) months following termination of the Employment Period by the Employee without Good Reason, the Employee will not provide the same or similar services the Employee provides to the Company in the Same or Similar Business (as defined below), including working for any Person as an agent, consultant, employee, partner, or independent contractor that has the Same or Similar Business located in the Company's Market Area (defined below).
