Same or Similar Business definition

Same or Similar Business means as a full-line golf specialty retailer, including without limitation PGA Tour Superstores, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Town, Xxxxx Xxxxx, or any other retail business that derives more than 20% of its revenues from the sale of golf related equipment or services.
Same or Similar Business means a business selling or distributing an application in the same category as that sold or distributed by the Company or its subsidiaries. The territory of this Agreement shall be throughout the United States (the “Territory”)
