Samaritan means SAMARITAN and shall also include its “AFFILIATES”, that is any company which is controlling, controlled by or under common control with SAMARITAN and which has been appointed by SAMARITAN to perform, on its behalf, any of its obligations arising out of this Agreement and which will be responsible together with SAMARITAN for the fulfilment thereof.
