Salvaged Material definition
Salvaged Material means material that can be saved or salvaged. Salvaged Material remains the property of the Authority and shall be delivered by the Contractor to a designated Authority-owned Maintenance Support Site.
Examples of Salvaged Material in a sentence
Title to Salvaged Materials will remain with Customer and Supplier shall be obligated to store such Salvaged Material with reasonable care at a facility on the Designated Site at no cost to Customer until no later than thirty (30) days following Redelivery of the relevant Contract Aircraft.
Any Salvaged Material or other material designated to remain the property of the Authority shall be transported by the Contractor to the designated Authority maintenance facility and stored properly, the cost of which shall be included in the Contract Unit Price for the removal of the item.
