Salvaged definition

Salvaged means the title, at any point, was transferred to a salvage yard, junkyard, wreckage facility or similar entity.
Salvaged means that an insurer has paid or has agreed to pay, as a result of damage to a vessel, at least 65%65 percent of the insured value of the vessel.
Salvaged means a vessel that at any time has been declared a total loss or had “salvage” or a similar word or designation placed on any title issued for the vessel.
