Salvage Material definition

Salvage Material means the portion of the damaged item or property that is left or recovered after an insured event that we become the owner of. We may use the Salvage to recover some of the money paid in relation to the claim.
Salvage Material means any scrap metal, steel, plastic, rubber or other such materials or substance or goods of commercial value or not, collected, deposited, stored or kept for any purpose such as, without limitation, further cutting, sorting or processing, or dismantling elsewhere, including the storage of used motor vehicles for the purpose of wrecking or dismantling them or salvaging part thereof for sale or other disposal.
Salvage Material means materials of some value that are obtained from the disassembly of various kinds of machinery, or mechanical appliances and/or the demolition of buildings or structures.

Related to Salvage Material

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Fissile material means the radionuclides uranium-233, uranium-235, plutonium-239, and plutonium-241, or any combination of these radionuclides. "Fissile material" means the fissile nuclides themselves, not material containing fissile nuclides. Unirradiated natural uranium and depleted uranium and natural uranium or depleted uranium, that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only, are not included in this definition. Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.
