Salvage agreement definition

Salvage agreement means a contractual agreement between any person and the division that authorizes the conduct of certain excavation or removal activities for archaeological materials on state-owned sovereignty submerged lands, imposes conditions on the conduct of these activities and does not create any interest in real property or in any state-owned sovereignty submerged lands.
