SalesMaker definition
SalesMaker means a product or service (a) which enables a Dealer, a Lender or consumer to compare with respect to Vehicles available retail, lease and balloon programs from Multiple Lenders; (b) through which Multiple Lenders residual value data, rates, and/or program data are licensed or subscribed to with respect to Vehicles and/or (c) that provides information related to sub-prime financing for Vehicles.
