Sales Responsibilities definition
Sales Responsibilities as used herein includes all sales force training, maintenance and support activities, warranty repair service as contemplated at Section 2.1 below as well as advertising, promotion, and demonstration. AGB will provide HESKA with all drawings, specifications, test procedures, manuals, information and demonstration materials, but only to the extent that they are reasonably necessary for HESKA to fulfill its Sales Responsibilities. AGB will also provide HESKA with test data and results, performance studies, and other materials as needed to obtain regulatory clearance to market all Products in the Field of the Territory.
