Sales Record definition

Sales Record. A record, whether paper or electronic, which is used to evidence Travel Costs purchased by a Cardholder through the use of a Card.
Sales Record means all documents, whether in hard copy or electronic form, used to evidence the sale of Merchant’s goods and/or services through the use of Cards. The format for each Sales Record must be approved by Servicers.
Sales Record means all documents or data presented to Purchaser as evidence of a Card Sale or credit.

More Definitions of Sales Record

Sales Record means, collectively, all documents, or the Electronic Record of such documents, used to evidence the sale of Products through the use of Charge Cards, the format of which shall be such as has been either approved by NPC or supplied by NPC for use under the Charge Card Processing Agreement.
