Sales Provisions means insofar as the same shall have been given or allowed, and then only to the extent done in a manner and to a level consistent with past practice (a) volume or performance related and other rebates, (b) warranty liability on Third Party Products not charged back to the suppliers of the same, (c) the net cost to ▇▇▇▇▇ of distributors' cleanse stocks taken back by ▇▇▇▇▇ with the Company's prior written consent (d) price support mechanisms and price discounting or reducing arrangements of varying kinds given or allowed by ▇▇▇▇▇ to customers and (e) commissions payable to export agents
