sales premises means any place from where new oil or re-refined oil may be sold or offered for sale to resellers or consumers;
sales premises means butchers' shops, sausages shops and other duly authorized establishments for the sale of meat or meat products for public consumption.

  • business premises means the “premises” on which a “business” is conducted, property rented in whole or in part to others, or held for rental.
