Sales Growth Factor definition

Sales Growth Factor for the Performance Period shall mean (i) the Company’s Actual Cumulative Sales Amount for the Performance Period divided by (ii) the Baseline Cumulative Sales Amount, and the “Sales\ Growth Factor” shall be calculated to the fourth decimal point.
Sales Growth Factor means the Sales Growth Factor calculated under paragraph 2.3.1 above.

  • Such number of RSUs shall vest based on the Company’s calculated Sales Growth Factor during the Performance Period as is determined by multiplying (i) the Target RSUs set forth in the Grant Notice, by (ii) 40%, by (iii) Sales Growth Achievement Percentage (as defined in the chart below) determined pursuant to the chart set forth below as of the Measurement Date.
