Sales Forecasts definition

Sales Forecasts means the sales of the Licensed Product anticipated by the Licensee for a 4 year period from Launch of the Licensed Product in the US Territory as set out in Schedule 4;
Sales Forecasts means the Salix forecasts of sales of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Product as delivered by Salix to Debiovision in a Commercialization Plan.
Sales Forecasts means, as to a given Licensed Product, the annual sales forecasts for the Licensed Product in a country of the Territory with respect to the Indication(s) for which Licensee has obtained Marketing Authorization.

Examples of Sales Forecasts in a sentence

  • In the event of any extension, the Parties agree that new Products Sales Forecasts will be established for periods after the current Term expires.

Related to Sales Forecasts

  • Forecast means a statement of expected meteorological conditions for a specified time or period, and for a specified area or portion of airspace;

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Forecasts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4(b).

  • Cash Flow Forecast means the 13-week cash flow forecast delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(j).
