Sales Feed definition
Sales Feed means a data file in industry standard format sent by a third party; and
Sales Feed means a data file in industry standard format sent by a third party. (c) SS&C shall perform the following Services in all states and territories in which the Fund’s shares are offered as identified by the Fund’s management, in the form of and as required by Law applicable to Fund:
(i) Assist with the filing of Initial Notices;
(ii) Assist with the filing of Fund renewals and amendments to reflect relevant changes, as applicable;
