Sales Aid means materials, in whatever form and/or design produced to assist in the marketing of Products or the Nu Skin independent business opportunity in the Territory.

Examples of Sales Aid in a sentence

  • Personalized Sales Aid: business cards, letterhead, stationery, envelopes, note pads, self-stick labels, name badges or Direct Selling Association cards imprinted with the Company names or logos and a Distributor’s name, address, telephone number and other personal contact information.

  • Sales Aid: any material used in the offer or sale of products or services, recruitment of prospective Distributors, or training of Distributors, which makes reference to the Company, its Affiliated Companies or Divisions, the products, the Sales Compensation Plans, or the trade names or logos.

  • No product banners or other Sales Aid materials may be displayed visibly to the general public in a manner as to attract the general public into the establishment to purchase products or services.

  • The Company may impose a reasonable fee for reviewing a Sales Aid.

  • Merchandise includes Sales Aid intended to be sold or sold to third parties.

  • Sales Aid: Any material, whether physically printed or in digital form, used in the offer or sale of Company Products, recruitment of prospective WAs, or training of WAs, which makes reference to dōTERRA, dōTERRA Products, the Sales Compensation Plan, or dōTERRA Intellectual Property.

  • Upon request, any Sales Aid or other medium which the Wellness Partner created which contains any Amare Global Intellectual Property or Content, must be immediately provided to Amare Global.
