Sale Items definition

Sale Items means goods offered by the seller for less than the regular price.
Sale Items means any items other than vehicles, including household goods or personal possessions, such as appliances, tires, equipment or other pieces of personal property, which are placed in public view for sale, or otherwise advertised for sale.
Sale Items. Gently used children’s and maternity clothing, shoes, books, toys, games, furniture, and misc. baby items.

  • If ED&F gives a Stock Sale Consideration Dispute Notice to Parent (which Stock Sale Consideration Dispute Notice must set forth, in reasonable detail, the items and amounts in dispute (the “Disputed Stock Sale Items”)) within such 30-day period, ED&F and Parent shall use reasonable efforts to resolve the Disputed Stock Sale Items during the 45-day period commencing on the date Parent receives such Stock Sale Consideration Dispute Notice from ED&F.

  • Proper venue for all legal proceedings commenced in connection herewith shall lie solely and exclusively in the State and County in which the IPL office from which you rented or purchased the subject Rented Item(s) or Sale Items (as applicable) is located, and this Contract will be governed by and construed under the laws of that State.

  • The Customer shall indemnify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ against all costs damages losses and liabilities incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of a claim made by any person firm or company (including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) arising out of or connected with the delivery, collection, movement, loading, unloading, siting or installation of the Hired Equipment or Sale Items on the Site except where such cost, losses and liabilities arise solely and directly from any negligent act or omission of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Final Sale Items If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
