Salary index definition

Salary index means the percentage increase in the average of the total wages, as determined under 42 USC 415 (b)
Salary index means, for purposes of s. 40.26, Stats., for years prior to 1982, 5%.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project.
